Data Logging and Analysis Facility for SITA UK

Having added a third process line to their Energy from Waste facility on Teesside, SITA UK wanted to utilise existing Historian software to log data from the new line. IJ Controls were asked to integrate data from this system into the existing plant historian capability

Our specialists used existing software to enable data to be extracted from the new facility into the existing Historian despite the two systems being based on software from two different suppliers.

As a result process engineers and plant managers can display and analyse data from all three incineration lines using one common application, and this was achieved at minimal financial cost.
